Canada( PR). Jammu Kashmir people national party is aspiration of working class of Kashmir. Party stood against occupation, inflation, unemployment and inequality caused by foreign occupation of India and Pakistan. Party made its strong roots amongst all classes of society and its popularity was growing by leaps and bounds. Due to such organized struggle occupiers felt their interests unsecured hence planted, hired, manured and their stooges and agents inside party to disintegrate a popular moment in order to prolong occupation. At this critical stage party took a principal stance, pointed out stooges and agents and expelled them from party. Professor sikandar e Azam and Waleed Babar advocate urged in a joint statement on the occasion of party 33rd founding day that party was founded on 10th April 1985 and barrister Qurban Ali was elected its founding chairman. They said Jkpnp has no other fragmented group or there is no other party who can claim same day as its birthday. In fact some stooges and agents who were expelled from party now trying to pullulate the public again just to take a fake attention and trying once again people from a mass moment against occupation. Stooges and agents who are living a luxurious princely lives in foreign countries upon the occupiers budget would never lead the nation in a right direction rather their agenda/task is to confuse the nation and restricting from a organize struggle. They further said that youth of the nation must investigate, make a reference from history and remonstrate such elements. A civil court order of Rawalakot is also a good reference in this regard
